Answers all service questions from office staff and field reps submitted via the web, email and phone Assist our Account Mangers in creating files or documents such as planogram packets, zone guides, and more for our Field Merchandising Reps Send appropriate service documents etc.
to our partners weekly Review and respond to time approval requests from our Field Merchandising Reps Assist with weekly review of submitted rep photos and service reports, reviewing rep comments and following up when needed Review rep comments and related questions received respond in a timely manner Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or a minimum of 2-4 years previous experience in retail or office environment.
Strong understanding of retail best practices, procedure and systems are essential.
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously.
Additionally, outstanding analytical abilities and a dedication to continuous improvement through technology and process are essential.
Strong business communication abilities, including written, verbal and presentation are critical to this position, in addition to being very detail oriented and possessing an expertise in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
